What this site collects
Information you send. When you use the contact form you provide your name, phone number, email, preferred language, market, goal, timing, an optional military connection, and an optional message. The form also records the page you were on, the referring site, campaign parameters in the URL, the time you started the form, and the exact consent statement shown to you. This site never asks for, and you should never enter, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, account numbers, income figures or documents.
Cookies and local storage. A first-party cookie (bbl_vid) assigns an anonymous visitor identifier so that a later contact can be connected to earlier visits. Local storage remembers your theme, language preference, whether the intro animation has played, and whether you dismissed the Spanish welcome banner. None of this identifies you by name.
Analytics. If analytics are enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization to measure page views and interactions such as application clicks and form submissions. No sensitive mortgage details are sent to analytics.
Server logs. Our host records standard request data (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and reliability.
How it is used
- To respond to your inquiry and, with your consent, to contact you by phone, text or email about it.
- To route your inquiry into the customer-relationship system used to manage this practice, with the visit context described above.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To protect the site from abuse.
Sharing
Inquiry details are shared with Note Mortgage as needed to serve you, with the service providers that host this site and its forms, and with our customer-relationship system. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law.
Your choices
- Block or clear cookies in your browser; the site still works.
- Ask us to delete a contact-form submission by emailing dbazan@notemortgage.com.
- Opt out of texts by replying STOP; opt out of email using the link in any message.
Security
Form submissions travel over HTTPS and are forwarded with a signed request. Because no site is perfectly secure, sensitive documents belong in the encrypted application portal, not in email or this form.
Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 18 and does not knowingly collect their information.
